REFUNDS and REPLACEMENTS
Replacement or Refund for Damaged Product
- We try to work with quality manufacturers, but occasionally an item doesnt work. If you receive a
damaged product and would like a replacement you need to:
- Send the item back in the original packing if available. (If not use another sturdy box
and shipping material.)
- Enclose the original shipping receipt or a copy of it and indicate whether you would like
a refund or replacement. We check every item that comes back so be sure and tell us
exactly what is wrong.
- YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM YOUR SHIPPING DATE TO SEND AN ITEM BACK. If you
think your package might not arrive before the 30 days is up, notify us by email that you
have sent it and we will honor that.
- We will not assume responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit unless you insure them.
- We do not stock fan blades, batteries or other fan parts.
- Return of a broken item for refund.
- If your fan is damaged, you must notify us by email, before you do anything else, to activate the
refund process.
- If you do not notify us by email within those 30 days, no refund will be issued.
- Use the post office for returns. For damaged items, we will refund, by company check, your return postage
for either parcel or priority mail. We will not cover packaging charges such as are levied by Mail Stop
or similar 3rd party shippers. We also dont cover optional services like Delivery Confirmation,
Signature Confirmation, COD charges or Insurance Charges. The address for returns is:

Refund Policy
- Return for reasons other than the item is broken.
- If you do not like the fan you ordered YOU HAVE 30 DAYS FROM YOUR SHIPPING
DATE TO SEND AN ITEM BACK. If you are shipping back close to the end of your 30
days and the package might not arrive before your time expires, you must email us and tell us
its on the way for the refund to be issued.
- The item must be in like new condition with the original packaging or no refund will be issued.
- We will not assume responsibility for items damaged in transit unless you insure them.
- There is no refund of postage for this type of return.
